1. General

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of courses and events offered by Human Connection Forening.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is binding upon completed payment.

3. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU and Danish consumer law, purchases of services related to leisure activities (such as courses and events) scheduled for a specific date or period are not covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations may be made up to 7 days before the start of the course or event, with a full refund.
• For cancellations made later than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.

5. Transfer of Participation

If a participant is unable to attend, their place may be transferred to another person under the following conditions:

• The replacement participant must be suitable for the event
• The transfer must be approved by Human Connection Forening
• The request must be submitted in writing

6. Changes and Cancellation by Organizer

Human Connection Forening reserves the right to make changes to or cancel events.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

7. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
